How much does screen enclosure repair cost?
Most screen enclosure and lanai repairs are small, affordable jobs, which is exactly why it pays to fix them early before a popped spline or a small tear spreads across a whole panel. A single panel or a spot repair is usually a modest flat rate, often in the $75 to $250 range depending on the panel size and hardware involved, and we can knock out several small fixes in one visit for less than doing them one at a time. Bigger jobs like re-tensioning a full side or replacing kick plates are quoted on site. Either way the quote is free and the price is set before we start.

Most enclosure repairs are small enough to schedule fast and finish in a single trip. We show up when we say we will, protect your furniture and floors, and clean up the old spline and screen so you'd never know we were there, except that everything works again.
Do you do small repairs or only big jobs?
Both. A single loose panel or a popped spline is completely worth a visit, and it's a lot cheaper to fix early before it spreads.
My screen is sagging but not torn — can that be fixed?
Yes. Sagging usually means the spline has aged or the screen has stretched. We can re-tension or re-spline it, and if it's brittle we'll recommend replacing that panel.
Can you fix the lanai and the pool cage in one trip?
